This is the handle that locks the tailstock quill on mini lathes. If you are ordering this part for the HiTorque Deluxe mini lathe which has a stem and chrome handle, buy this part for the base and pitch the handle section (They come as a unit from the factory). The other two pieces to make the deluxe version are part numbers 6398 and 6399.
