This adapter lets you mount 5″ 3-jaw lathe chucks on your mini lathe in place of a 3″ (80 mm) chuck.

The adapter mounts to the 3-hole pattern on the spindle so it works on spindles with only three holes.

This adapter has a 92 mm diameter registration boss, and has 3 chuck mounting holes.

NOTE: It is an uncommon size for plain back chucks. Typically, a 5″ plain back chuck will have a 95mm registration recess.

* Note Don’t forget to purchase the appropriate set of Studs & Nuts to accommodate changes in chuck or adapter configurations.
