End Mill Set, 20-pieces 2 & 4 Flute, TiN coated HSS, Premium

Premium Twenty-piece TiN coated high speed steel (HSS) end mill set including both 2 & 4 flute end mills. Sizes range from 3/16″ to 3/4″ by 16ths.

There are four different shank sizes in this set and each size has one 2 flute and one 4 flute end mill. The shank sizes are as follows:

3/8″ shank: 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 7/16″
1/2″ shank: 1/2″, 9/16″
5/8″ shank: 5/8″, 11/16″
3/4″ shank: 3/4″

Each end mill is made from high-speed steel and has a hardness of 58 to 60 RC.

The set comes in a sturdy plastic case with fitted foam insert to keep the tools secure.

Square end mills are ideal for profiling, slotting, plunge, peripheral, helical cutting, profiling, and plunge cutting. TiN-coated end mills can reduce the need for lubricants, depending on the application. They are best used on difficult to machine materials such as titanium, stainless steel, and cast iron. The coating will ensure a nice surface finish.
